 Withdrawal Policy...

If, after you have entered, you have to withdraw from the Hairy Legs Challenge, Teenage Kicks, or Little Legs, this is our Withdrawal Policy:

From the moment we begin to organise the event, we start to incur costs. Your entry fee is invested into the cost of staging the event; everything from bike racking to tents for shelter, from the PA system to safety pins, insurance, race numbers and cable ties. Organising any event requires a considerable amount of forward planning, risk and expense.  When we've finished we give any money we have left to local charities.

If you pull out of any other event, you don't get anything back at all. If you buy a ticket for a football match or a concert, and then you decide to go on holiday, get pregnant, get married, go away on business, or break your leg, you don't get your money back.

Race entries are NOT transferable. Any change to the data held on the computer system requires considerable time and administration, which costs us time, money and hassle we can do without

Our policy is therefore quite simple, if you pull out, for whatever reason (valid or not), we keep your entry fee and donate it along with the other proceeds to local charities.  This saves us time and hassle we can do without and you can feel good that you are supporting a good cause.
